Our roots trace back to Gujarat, India, later flourishing across the vibrant cultures of Kenya and Mozambique. Inspired by our mothers’ exceptional culinary skills, we embraced the richness of Indian cuisine while blending subtle Indo-Kenyan and Mozambican influences — creating a flavor identity uniquely our own.
